June 22, 2006 - A Matter of Chemistry

Finding good real estate professionals whom you like and trust is the first step in locating your new home. You will be working closely with whomever you choose. Don’t just choose the first real estate agent you happen to meet. Take the time to interview various candidates at both large and small offices.

Find the professional with the approach and plan that works best for you. Most importantly, be sure to pick the person who makes you feel comfortable. It is really a matter of chemistry! When you have established a good working relationship with knowledgeable agents with whom you feel comfortable, we will show you homes that could meet your needs. Often they will show you properties that have just been placed on the market.

Choosing real estate professionals who will represent your best interests in any real estate transaction is an important decision. Remember that it is going to be a “team” effort, and that is the feeling you should have when interviewing the various candidates.
